Postal & carrier charges continue to increase but for the time being we will retain our UK Mainland carriage & packing charge at £5.00, no matter how large or small. This is below what it actually costs to process, pack & despatch each order. However for heavy & oversize orders to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & all other UK islands, we have had to add a surcharge, this will be at cost & you will be advised prior to shipment.

Carriage costs to countries outside the UK Mainland will be calculated manually & we will email you with the exact costs for authorisation before we process your Credit Card. The £5.00 charge on your confirmation is for UK Mainland ONLY. |

Returns Policy RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase & wish to return the goods to us, you wil require a Returns Note Number obtained by telephone only (call 01953-454932). This number must be written boldly on the returned package along with your return address, otherwise the package will not be accepted (for reasons of security). The return must take place within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Goods must be returned unused, in & with all of the original packlaging. We would suggest you return the item via your local Post Office using the cheapest method available, ensuring that you obtain a receipt of postage at the time of despatch.
