Rather than a mail complaining about something as is normally the case, I am writing just to say thankyou for your fantastic service.
Firstly, my initial enquiry was answered whilst the boss was on holiday, then after the information was supplied by your goodselves, I placed my order which you would have got on the monday and then, to my surprise, the following monday,there was a knock at the door and 'hey presto' my order.
Now, you may think that is slow, but when I tell you I am 12,000 miles away in Australia, I think that is fantastic.Even my family and friends do not get back to me that quickly and they love me !!! (Supposedly)
So, thankyou very much. The catalogues that you sent have also arrived and will be posted on the new club house notice board at the rifle range so I hope they will bring you more business. Can I also say,that that was the first time I have shopped for anything online and the site was very easy for the uninitiated to navigate. Regards, John
